Evaluation Encyclopedia
This evaluation has been conducted continuously for 8 years and is hailed as the "Oscar" ceremony in the real estate and industry chain fields by the industry. It is hosted by the China Real Estate Industry Association and the China Real Estate Evaluation Center. At the evaluation results press conference, high-level executives from real estate companies with billions of dollars, brand real estate professionals, design elites, suppliers, and service providers gathered to witness the release of the list.
It is reported that in order to obtain scientific, fair, objective, and authoritative evaluation results, the organizing committee has established an evaluation expert advisory group and held on-site evaluation meetings on January 14th in Beijing, February 17th in Shanghai, February 24th in Nanjing, and March 3rd in Guangzhou. During the six-month research period, a total of 436374.39 million online votes were received, and 104 procurement practitioners were evaluated on-site. 1637 procurement practitioners were surveyed and sampled for evaluation. And it has received strong support from associations such as China Building Waterproofing Association, China Household Electrical Appliances Association, China Building Sanitary Ceramics Association, China Stone Association, China Elevator Association, China Building Metal Structure Association, China Building Decoration Association, China Coatings Industry Association, China Building Energy Conservation Association, China Wood and Wood Products Circulation Association, China Solar Thermal Utilization Industry Alliance, and China Architectural Society HVAC Branch. In particular, it has been co organized by Contemporary Real Estate, Longfor Group, Greenland Group, and Evergrande Real Estate Site Evaluation Committee, providing strong support for this evaluation.
