Guangdong Hao Mei New Materials Co., Ltd. is a listed company in China, established in 1991 with 33 years of experiences in aluminum profile industry. It is a large-scale Chinese manufacturer and high-tech enterprise of aluminum profiles which integrates professional R&D, manufacturing and sales. Hao Mei Group has two production bases for producing extrusion profiles with a total area of 1,000,000 square meters. It has formed a complete aluminium profiles industry chain from melting, casting, mold design and manufacturing, extruding, surface treatment to deep processing.

Our production equipment and production capacity are as follows.      

---13 melting lines with annual melting capacity of 400,000 tons billets.      

---60 extrusion lines with annual production capacity of 400,000 tons.      

---9 powder coating PVDF coating lines with annual production capacity of 80,000 tons      

---4 high-tech anodizing lines with annual production capacity of 30,000 tons      

---Owned die factory with an annual design and production capacity of 30000 sets of dies.        

---More than 300 sets CNC equipment are used to process finished and semi-finished products.

Bucalus is the company that within the group has specialised in the design and construction of systems for facades and windows with thermal bridges. which specializes in selling doors and windows and has a 20,000 square meter exhibition hall.

Keijan is the plant entirely dedicated to mechanical processing. Inside there are 8 numerically controlled lines, 8 sets of double-headed automatic cutting off machines and all the machinery necessary for every type of mechanical processing.The covered structure of 40000 m², situated on an area of 200,000 m² is predominately occupied with the doors and windows sectors and automotive sectors, in addition to customised mechanical processing.

The new JING MEI plant, set up on an area of 2,000,000 square meter. The first third of the 9 sectors has recently been completed and is fully functional. A modern foundry produces numerous billets in aluminum alloys such as 6026, 6026LF, 6082, 2007, 2075, 2011, 2017A, 2024, 2033LF, 7020, 7003, 7005, 7046, 7075, and at present it reaches a capacity of 200,000 t. Equipped with ultrasonic controls, it is able to monitor each billet to maintain the excellent quality standards required by the automotive market. Inside the plant there are direct and indirect presses, which guarantee a complete range of bars and tubes up to 320 mm in diameter with lengths of 3,000 / 4,000 / 5,000 / 6,000 mm.
